Join our team as a Club Operations Manager, where you’ll be the servant leader of the club while motivating staff and ensuring a clean, fun, and friendly environment for our members. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily club operations to ensure efficiency and member satisfaction
- Implement strategies to improve member retention and club performance
- Manage administrative tasks: Facility maintenance, vendor relations, property management, supply budgets, scheduling, and more
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Resolve member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Recruit/hire, train, and develop team members for growth
- Collaborate with other club managers in the sales and training departments to discuss any pending items and plan for current day
- Other tasks and duties as may be assigned or required day-to-day
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, or a customer-facing operations role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
- Experience with cash handling and administrative procedures
- Proven track record in staff supervision and training
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Ability to work nights and weekends
