This position is Full Time - In Office - Monday thru Friday.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Club Operations Manager to lead and oversee our Tampa Cypress Preserve facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong management background, excel in strategic planning, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to ensure the success of their location. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You hire, train and develop staff from a diverse applicant pool, and then place those individuals in the best role for their success based on their skill set. You will be responsible for staffing the front desk, babysitters, and the janitorial team.

Your previous experiences and background enable you to resolve all member concerns and complaints quickly and effectively.

You will utilize the resources and systems in place to ensure facility presentation is in full compliance with company standards, including maintenance; cleanliness and equipment repair.

You collaborate and build rapport with the other department managers to support the overall performance of the club.

Your previous experience and background enable you to identify the needs of our members and guests, ensuring they are provided hospitality and care when visiting our clubs.

You are required to sell pilates and fitness memberships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of Management Level experience.
• Experience working with others and motivating a team
• Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
