About The Role As a Club Ambassador, you will be assisting with the daily operations of executive lounge to ensure a smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest services, secretarial services, concierge services and food & beverage services.
- Perform check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle mails and information and airlines reservations / confirmations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline operations.
- Self-motivated and well-organized team player.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
