Duration: 6-Month Contract | CONTRACT to HIRE/ PERMANENT/ FULL TIME
MAX PAYRATE: $57 PER HOUR ON W2
Job Details:
We are seeking a senior-level, hands-on Systems Analyst with strong production-level AWS Connect and Python development experience .
The ideal candidate will have recent experience designing, developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting AWS Connect solutions in a production environment . This role requires a strong technical background in software development, cloud technologies, automation, CI/CD, and application integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex software development, integration, and implementation projects.
- Design, develop, configure, and support AWS Connect solutions .
- Develop and maintain applications using Python and AWS development tools .
- Build and maintain infrastructure and application components using AWS CDK .
- Integrate applications with complex interfaces and enterprise systems.
- Support all phases of the SDLC , including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and GitHub.
- Provide primary or secondary support for mission-critical applications, including potential 24x7/on-call support .
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive technical resolutions.
- Develop technical specifications, estimates, documentation, and implementation plans.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert and technical lead on projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Drive continuous improvement across application development, support processes, and technology architecture.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 10+ years of experience in systems analysis, application design, software development, and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Connect , including production implementation and support.
- Strong Python development experience .
- Experience leading or supporting complex application development and integration projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical initiatives.
