Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs that translate strategic direction into actionable plans for creative, product, analytics, and technical teams
- Partner with senior marketing stakeholders to define campaign scope, audience segmentation, messaging, and launch requirements across multiple markets
- Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable business insights
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc campaign performance reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and recommendations
- Manage launch readiness activities, ensuring campaigns are fully prepared for deployment
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in campaign management, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or a related marketing strategy role
- Demonstrated experience developing campaign briefs and supporting audience segmentation strategies
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex campaign performance data into clear business insights and recommendations
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, or similar platforms
