- Responsibilities include: supervising client cases, conducting assessments like FBAs and skill evaluations, ensuring treatment fidelity, mentoring and developing team members, and participating in interdisciplinary meetings.
- Maintaining billable hours, providing supervision aligned with BACB standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Training caregivers and collaborating with educational staff when needed.
- Providing feedback, documentation, and support to foster professional growth within the team.
Qualifications and skills: Master’s degree, BCBA certification, strong ABA and clinical expertise, excellent communication, time management, interpersonal skills, and bilingual ability (Spanish preferred).
