About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead and oversee behavioral therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders. Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing high-quality clinical supervision and direct services, including FBAs and treatment plan oversight.
- Mentoring and supporting Program Managers and Interventionists to ensure professional growth and success.
- Conducting developmental assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP) and functional behavioral assessments to develop effective, individualized interventions.
- Ensuring treatment integrity and quality assurance across cases, settings, and funding sources.
- Training clients, families, and team members using Behavior Skills Training (BST).
- Participating in IEP and interdisciplinary team meetings when applicable, and collaborating with school personnel.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
- Strong ABA and clinical skills, excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with behavioral assessments and supervision of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates.
- Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are preferred.
