Role Overview: Assists in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients, functioning as a staff nurse when needed. Assumes delegated managerial duties, aligning with mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license and licensure compliance
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required based on unit
- Minimum of 2 years of patient care experience; supervisor experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
