Role Overview We are seeking a Clinical Nurse specializing in Kidney and Liver Transplant Surgery . This full-time, night-shift position involves working three 12-hour shifts weekly in a high-acuity, fast-paced transplant unit.
As a key member of a highly specialized team, you will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while supporting patients through complex transplant procedures. You will develop and document individualized care plans, promote patient and family education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals such as physicians, pharmacists, and social workers.
Ideal candidates include both new graduates and experienced nurses, with RN licensure. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a minimum of two years of experience. Critical skills include strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities, along with a commitment to safety and professional development.
