Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
- RN licensure required.
- Preferred: 2 years of RN experience in acute care settings.
- Strong critical nursing skills, ability to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and cultural competence.
- Commitment to professional development and safety-sensitive work environment.
