Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, families, and caregivers.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors.
• Ensures effective communication of care plans across the continuum of care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience.
• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
