Clinical Nurse - Neonatal ICU

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a pediatric setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating families on managing illnesses and post-treatment needs. Collaborates with an interprofessional team to develop and document personalized care plans, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Maintains a safe environment, adhering to regulatory standards and participating in professional development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN licensure required.
• Nursing diploma or associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of acute care RN experience preferred; no supervisor experience required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety consciousness.
