Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a 16-bed Medical, Med Surg/Ortho unit, emphasizing patient and family-centered care, education, safety, and quality compliance. The nurse will develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural considerations. Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
- Educate patients and families on illness management, medication, and post-treatment care.

- Communicate care plans effectively across the continuum of care.
- Use critical nursing skills to evaluate patient needs and barriers to involvement, considering cultural and emotional factors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
