Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Location: Glenbrook Hospital
Hours: Full Time, Evening Shift with rotating weekends and holidays
Salary Range: $43.69 - $67.72 per hour, based on experience and expertise
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical operations, workflow, and patient care outcomes
- Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences
- Direct and mentor care team members, fostering staff development
- Ensure effective patient discharge planning and individualized care
- Take part in clinical performance management and direct patient care when needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Illinois Nursing Licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience; management experience preferred
