Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical operations, workflow, and patient care outcomes
- Ensure safety and high-quality patient experience
- Direct and mentor care staff, fostering staff development and clinical performance
- Provide direct patient care when necessary
- Prepare patients and families for discharge
- Lead clinical performance management and promote teamwork
Qualifications
- Current Illinois nursing license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; management experience preferred
