About the role
We are seeking a qualified nursing leader to oversee administrative and operational functions within assigned departments, including managing costs, human resources, quality of care, and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Serving as part of the management team to promote the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Fostering a person-centered, patient- and family-centered care environment across the continuum.
- Implementing change management strategies to enhance departmental performance and outcomes.
- Participating in succession planning, talent identification, and staff development to cultivate future nursing leaders.
- Assisting with staffing to ensure clinical care for diverse patient populations, including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Qualifications Include
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of inpatient or outpatient nursing experience, with 1 year in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated clinical competency in the relevant specialty.
- Valid RN license in Georgia and BCLS certification upon hire.
