Position: Clinical Lab Scientist
Role: Interpret and report test results, perform routine and complex laboratory analyses, and assist physicians with lab testing.
Responsibilities: Conduct a wide range of tests, operate and maintain sophisticated equipment, ensure quality control, escalate abnormal results, and stay current with field developments.
Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience; relevant professional license or certification (e.g., ASCP or state licenses).
Skills: Attention to detail, proficiency with electronic equipment and computers, ability to interpret data, and adherence to safety protocols.
Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, sitting, reaching, and data entry, with good vision and hearing.
Work Environment: Variable shifts, including weekend rotations, in a laboratory setting.
