Clinical Director

About This Role

Caring for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness is the core of this role, providing clinical direction for staff at designated sites. The Clinical Director ensures clinical staff maintain fidelity to approved evidence-based practices within each clinical program and provides guidance and direction to assigned clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction for clinical staff at each designated site
• Conduct periodic fidelity audits to ensure clinical staff are maintaining fidelity to approved EBP within each clinical program
• Conduct scheduled clinical staffing as well as unscheduled clinical consultation to assigned clinical teams to provide guidance and direction
• Ensure clinical programming and services are effective and efficient in addressing patient/participant and community needs in accordance with CBI Policy and Procedures, contractual, state, and Federal requirements, and ethical standards
• Assist with implementation of initiatives related to integrated outpatient services for Community Bridges, Inc.
• Coordinate with internal partners and supervisors for operational clinical optimization

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience
• Licensed at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist
• In good standing with the AZBBHE and meets requirements to provide clinical supervision toward licensure
• Valid identification
• Holds AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
