Provides leadership, education, research, advance practice consultation and clinical expertise for population-based nursing care. Facilitates the integration of patient disease and medical treatment, designing, implementing and evaluating program of care.
J****ob Requireme****nts
Minim****um Educatio****n Requireme****nt:
Bachelors degree in Nursing required.
Minimum Experienc****e Requireme****nt:
Previous experience as a Certified Diabetes Educator. Excellent customer service skills required.
Minimum Licens****e Requireme****nt:
California RN license required. BLS required. Certified Diabetes Educator. Current California Driver's License required with proof of validation of insurance.

Pay Range:
$57.36 - $88.90
