Coordinating and monitoring daily clinical operations is the core of this role, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between doctors, clinical staff, patients, and management within a diagnostic centre. Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical activities and ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, patients, and relevant departments
• Monitor patient flow and assist in resolving operational issues
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and clinical requirements
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records
• Ensure compliance with CDC policies and procedures
• Support doctors and clinical staff in daily operational matters
• Handle and coordinate patient-related concerns professionally
• Monitor the overall functioning of clinical areas
• Prepare and maintain required reports and documentation
• Ensure effective communication between clinical and administrative teams
• Perform other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Life Sciences, or a relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
