This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses. The Clinical Coordinator serves as the shift supervisor and clinical lead for SUD and co-occurring/mental health inpatient services, ensuring the safe, effective, and therapeutic operation of the unit during assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and after-hours. This role oversees the patient milieu, coordinates care across nursing, clinical, admissions, and direct support staff, manages high-acuity situations and crises, and ensures newly admitted patients are promptly assessed and their needs addressed.
A former patient may not be hired at the same location where they were treated until a minimum of one year has elapsed since the completion of their treatment at that location. Former patients may be considered for employment at other RCA locations within a year after treatment. This consideration will be subject to the standard hiring process and must not compromise ethical standards, patient care, or the reputation of RCA.
