In this role, you will be pivotal in conducting patient assessments, administering therapies, and ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessments:

• Guide patients through a series of assessments to gather valuable information about their current condition.
• Assist the Physician with diagnostics and exam.

Therapies and Treatments:

• Assist in providing treatments for patients.
• Prepare patients for additional treatments by the physician based on the data collected from assessments.

Clinic Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality of all treatment rooms.
• Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working order.

Patient Interaction:

• Be personable and comfortable working with patients of all ages.
• Ensure a positive and supportive experience for all patients during their visits.

Administrative Duties:

• Review patient information and intake sheets prior to their arrival to ensure all necessary information is available for assessments.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new patients and explain the procedures and treatments they will undergo.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to focus and plan out exam timelines efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and therapies over time.
• Ability to follow proper procedures and guidelines for patient care and treatment.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
