Clinical Assistant

About This Role

Caring for patients and ensuring smooth daily operations are the core functions of this Clinical Assistant role, which supports providers in an innovative wellness practice. This position suits an energetic, polished, and patient-focused individual passionate about health, wellness, and helping patients look and feel their best in a non-traditional medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient visits, procedures, and treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Support services related to hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and medical aesthetics
• Perform patient intake, vitals, documentation, and coordination of care
• Educate patients on wellness programs, treatment plans, supplements, and skincare products
• Create a warm, welcoming, concierge-level patient experience
• Assist with inventory management, supplies, and clinical operations
• Support front office workflow and patient scheduling as needed
• Build strong relationships with patients and contribute to long-term patient retention

Requirements

• Passionate about wellness, longevity, aesthetics, and preventative medicine

• Skilled at communicating with high-performing and health-conscious patients
• Interested in learning innovative therapies and evolving treatment protocols
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• Previous experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, med spa, or aesthetic practice preferred
• Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Experience with injections, IV therapy, aesthetics, or hormone therapy is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• EMR experience preferred
• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion with patients at all times
