About This Role

Responsibilities
- Greet and communicate with patients
- Perform selected administrative duties and assist clinical staff with non-clinical duties
- Schedule and cancel patient appointments
- Answer the telephone
- Verify patient insurance and demographics
- Collect co-payments/coinsurance and personal balances
- Prepare exam rooms with needed equipment, supplies, and patient education materials
- Assist with autoclaving of instruments where appropriate with documented training
- Electronically file and retrieve medical records
