Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Prepare examination rooms by ensuring cleanliness, sterilization, and availability of necessary supplies
• Support patient care activities including taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and updating patient records accurately
• Administer medications under supervision, following proper protocols and safety guidelines
• Maintain clear communication with patients to address questions and provide comfort during visits
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient documentation
• Ensure adherence to infection control standards and hospital policies at all times

Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical environment preferred
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor
• Ability to accurately administer medications following prescribed instructions
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
