Massage Envy is looking for a motivated, business-minded Clinic Manager to lead one of our Chicagoland locations. This is more than managing daily operations—you'll take ownership of your clinic's performance, develop a high-performing team, and create an environment where employees and clients thrive.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire your team of front desk associates, massage therapists, and estheticians through coaching, recognition, development, and accountability.
• Drive business growth by owning key performance goals including membership sales, retention, service hours, guest growth, retail, and skin care.
• Create an exceptional client experience that builds relationships, loyalty, and long-term wellness.
• Build a positive, high-performing culture where employees feel valued, expectations are clear, and great work is recognized.
• Own clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, performance management, inventory, client resolution, and overall clinic standards.
• Lead from the front by being visible, engaged, solutions-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Use the numbers to drive action—identify opportunities, set goals, coach performance, and hold yourself and your team accountable for results.
