Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in loan operations, syndicated loans, trade settlement, banking operations, fund administration, or financial services
  • Willingness to learn and an inquisitive mindset
  • Highly organized and adaptable approach with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong self-motivation and effective time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while managing competing demands and deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Proficiency in Adobe Reader
  • Based in Metro Manila or a nearby area and able to attend the office when required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with transfer requests and enter relevant data accurately into Solvas.
  • Receive and review standard settlement instructions (SSIs), initiating the callback process when necessary.
  • Verify administrative details and update Solvas when required.
  • Maintain accurate and current information in DebtDomain.
  • Review bank charges and help ensure that clients' accounts are not overdrawn.
  • Reconcile accounts and coordinate with the Accounts team on transfer fee reconciliations.
  • Send missing-information notifications to lenders and borrowers and address other assigned queries.
  • Review basic deal documentation and enter the required information into internal systems.
  • Respond to audit requests and provide the necessary supporting documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of weekly management information system reports.
  • Train with Senior Client Services Administrators to understand daily processes and workflows.
  • Escalate relevant matters promptly to the Team Leader or Managers.
  • Perform due diligence to identify and mitigate potential fraud, money laundering, financial risk, and reputational risk.
  • Take an annual block of leave lasting at least 10 consecutive days, unless a management exemption is granted.
