Position Overview
A leading independent wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join its centralized client service team based in Delaware . This role supports Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and partners closely with advisory, operations, and custodial teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned Client Service Teams to provide exceptional support to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client records, documentation, and internal databases.
- Coordinate with custodians and internal operations teams to ensure client requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare new account documentation, contracts, and subscription agreements.
- Manage the opening and closing of investment accounts, including Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) and brokerage accounts.
- Process cash and securities transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wire transfers, and journal entries.
- Review and analyze client billing to ensure accuracy.
- Support advisors with administrative and operational activities while maintaining a high standard of client service.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in financial services, preferably within wealth management, private banking, family office, or investment advisory environments.
- Understanding of investment account administration and client servicing.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
- Familiarity with custodial platforms, brokerage account processing, and investment operations.
- Knowledge of account onboarding, cash management, and billing processes.
