Client Service Representative

About This Role

Working in a fast-paced banking center, the Client Service Representative helps clients with their day-to-day banking needs by answering questions, assisting with transactions, and connecting them with the right team members. This role is the first line of support for clients working towards their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Help clients manage their accounts and products
• Listen, ask questions, and take accountability for client issues
• Know when to lean on others to create a better solution together
• Become a technology expert
• Share your knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications
