Join Our Team as a Client Resource Specialist!
Are you highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being the connection point between teams? We're looking for a Client Resource Specialist to help drive communication and collaboration between our Client Success and Recruiting teams.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring staffing needs are communicated effectively, job openings are qualified and prioritized, and our teams have the information they need to make successful placements.
What You'll Do:
-Partner with Client Success Managers, Recruiters, and Recruiting Leadership to support staffing initiatives
-Act as a primary point of coverage for Client Success Managers
-Manage and oversee departmental Teams channels and communication workflows
-Review and qualify job openings to ensure recruiting teams have accurate, actionable information
-Support candidate submittals and offer processes
-Maintain CRM accuracy and account management activities
-Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for client portals and internal systems
What We're Looking For:
-2+ years of customer service, sales, or staffing, experience
-Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
-Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
-Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
-Healthcare or staffing industry experience is a plus
