Do you have a strong ability to quickly establish connections with people? Are you driven to outperform and achieve more for yourself? Poughkeepsie Nissanis looking for team members who are comfortable connecting with clients online and over the phone. We have a well-established team focused on aggressively buying cars from the public, and we are expanding our investment in this area by looking to bring on more team members.

You don’t need to know how to appraise cars, negotiating purchases, or cold calling strangers. Your role will be to connect with people who have already expressed interest in selling us their vehicle, build rapport, gather information, and help move them toward an appointment with our team.

No cold calling. No automotive experience required. We provide extensive training.

Remote work is available for qualified candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, organization, consistent follow-up, and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with clients by phone, text, and online messaging
• Build rapport and answer basic questions
• Gather vehicle information including VIN, mileage, condition, and ownership
• Follow up with interested clients
• Schedule appointments
• Coordinate with dealership management
• Track conversations and activity in the CRM
• Work toward daily and monthly appointment goals

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
• Comfortable with text, email, and online messaging
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems
• Organized with strong follow-up habits
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• Able to manage multiple conversations at once

Customer service, call center, inside sales, appointment setting, retail, hospitality, or CRM experience is a plus, but not required.
