Job Summary: We are seeking a Client Operations Analyst to support a high-volume back-office operations team responsible for processing tax harvest requests during the busy tax season. This role will review and process requests received through multiple channels, including webpage submissions, email, and fax, while following established procedures, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues appropriately.

This is a 5-month contract with potential for extension and conversion. The role is based in Berwyn, PA, with a hybrid schedule requiring four days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Harvest Processing: Review and process tax harvest requests received through webpage submissions, email, and fax, ensuring requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • High-Volume Operations: Manage a large volume of time-sensitive requests while maintaining accuracy and meeting established processing expectations.
  • Procedure & Quality Control: Follow detailed procedures and processing instructions carefully while reviewing requests for completeness and accuracy.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify discrepancies or issues during processing and escalate them appropriately to ensure requests can move forward without unnecessary delays.
  • Task Management: Prioritize assigned work, manage competing tasks, and ensure requests are completed within required timelines.
  • Additional Operations Support: As seasonal tax harvest volumes decrease, provide support for other team workflows, which may include account setup and processing activities related to freezes, liquidations, and terminations.
  • Independent Work: Progress from initial training and job shadowing to independently managing assigned requests with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and process instructions accurately.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced, or process-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate questions or issues.
  • Back-office operations, administrative, or process-driven experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Recent graduates, internship candidates, and individuals with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience:

  • College degree, particularly in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in financial services or wealth management.
  • Experience processing high volumes of transactions, requests, or operational tasks.
  • Experience working with detailed procedures, quality controls, or reconciliation-related activities.

Why Join Us: This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a wealth solutions and financial services environment while developing valuable operations and processing skills.
