About the role
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to join the Operations team for a leading global company specializing in investment banking and financial instruments.
Join the team and play a key role in supporting Know Your Customer processes, ensuring efficient, controlled, and client-focused onboarding in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Your tasks
- Owning and driving the onboarding process for all client types and products (Cash and Derivatives)
- Updating KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements
- Developing in-depth knowledge of all requirements needed, such as AML, KYC, and product-to-legal-entity alignment
- Having a sound appreciation of Client Onboarding Policy and process requirements
- Managing tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, Client Due Diligence, Sanctions) within corporate financial services and/or the fund industry
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines against a high-volume work schedule
- Attitude of a strong team player who can work efficiently and effectively under pressure, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Openness to work full-time from the office in Warsaw (5 days a week)
- Residing in Poland required
