Client HR Business Partner

About This Role

The Client HR Business Partner ensures overall client satisfaction with products and services, working with a small or less complex client base to assist with their HR needs. This role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with client contacts, serving as the primary point of contact for HR service, and collaborating with internal partners to ensure quality customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Service clients remotely and in-person, providing consultative guidance to ensure appropriate resolution of client issues
• Partner with internal departments/subject matter experts to deliver actionable responses or plans to client concerns
• Provide consultative guidance and advice to clients in Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention Strategies, Compensation, Performance Development, Employee Engagement, and Culture Enhancement
• Support PEO clients with the set-up of EPLI insurance with the assistance of other internal business partners
• Conduct open enrollment meetings for PEO clients, advising on benefit plan selection and contribution strategies
• Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures while providing remedies for employee relations issues
• Seek appropriate guidance and support from HR Coach as applicable
• Provide turnover analysis action planning and offer unemployment escalation assistance
• Maintain an awareness of HR trends and conduct training based on available resources
• Promote high-quality customer service to clients

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Consideration may be given to a candidate with experience in lieu of a degree.
