About the Role
As Client Care Manager, you will report to an Area Manager/Operations Manager overseeing the day-to-day management of care services. This role demands strategic vision, leadership, and operational expertise to ensure exceptional care for clients while driving business & service growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team ensuring exceptional service delivery
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements
Oversee care assessments, reviews, and recruitment
Drive performance and work to deadlines
Monitor service quality, address issues, and implement solutions proactively
Manage and ensure adequate staffing for all local operations
Prepare and present reports to senior management
This role is field and Office based and requires 40-60% travel
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in services, healthcare, social care, or nursing (Coru or NMBI registration)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Commercial acumen with experience in operational and people management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, take accountability, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
IT & Digital proficiency
