Job Summary
Working Hours: 830am - 5pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday, half Saturday
Work Location: Central

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues to the Facilities Management team
- Monitor and control the usage of cleaning materials to minimize waste and misuse
- Report, track, and follow up on cleaning issues and defect rectification
- Ensure team compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements on hygiene, workplace safety, and health
- Establish cleaning standards and procedures, and ensure adherence by all cleaning staff
- Schedule and assign duties to cleaners to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supervise work performance to ensure cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with established standards
- Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support to improve team performance
- Assist the cleaning staff when required during the execution of their duties
- Manage inventory of cleaning equipment and materials across multiple locations
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- WSH certified
- Supervise Service Operation (WSQ certified)
