DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Operations & Resource Management: Plan, manage, and supervise end-to-end cleaning operations; optimize shift schedules, manpower distribution, and site allocations. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards (HSE); conduct routine quality audits and site inspections. Inventory & Asset Control: Manage inventory, consumption, and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison for clients and management; handle inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high client satisfaction. Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive and accountable workforce. Reporting & Administration: Prepare comprehensive operational reports, performance evaluations, and administrative documentations.
REQUIREMENT
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management, Environmental Health, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Cleaning Service Manager or equivalent role; prior experience at PT ISS Indonesia is highly preferred. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of professional cleaning standards, chemical handling, and specialized cleaning machinery. Leadership & Scale: Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and institutional clients. Competencies: Excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and decisive leadership. Certification: Certification from the National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) is a strong advantage. Personal Attributes: High integrity, discipline, strong sense of responsibility, and detail-oriented.
