Job Overview We are seeking experienced Claude Code Users to support a project focused on advancing AI coding agents. You will share real-world experience using AI coding tools for complex software development, debugging, feature development, and architectural changes.
No Prior AI Training Experience Is Required. Key Responsibilities
- Document real-world workflows using Claude Code and AI coding agents.
- Share examples of large codebase navigation, advanced debugging, and architectural refactoring.
- Provide step-by-step approaches for end-to-end feature development and ambiguous technical problems.
- Evaluate the strengths and limitations of AI coding agents using practical, data-driven insights.
- Provide written and verbal feedback to improve AI coding systems.
- Participate in interviews, surveys, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Communicate technical workflows and AI-enabled solutions to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Current STEM or software professional with hands-on experience using AI coding agents.
- Experience using AI tools for complex debugging, feature development, and architectural refactoring.
- Strong technical problem-solving and workflow documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to explain complex technical processes clearly.
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
- Experience applying AI agents to large codebases and open-ended technical challenges.
- Familiarity with emerging AI coding practices and evaluation methods.
