Job Description
We are hiring Claims Specialists to review, process, and resolve customer claims submissions. This role involves handling sensitive personal and financial documentation. A background check and credit screening are required before employment.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming claims for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility
- Enter claim details and assign case numbers in the claims management system
- Verify claimant identity and supporting documentation
- Track and update claim status at each stage of processing
- Communicate decisions and updates to claimants via email and phone
- Escalate complex or disputed claims to senior review staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and case management skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive personal and financial documentation
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
- No prior claims experience required — full training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
