Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy through comprehensive analysis of project specifications and drawings
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability, focusing on cost implications and potential financial risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Professional membership in relevant bodies such as RICS or AIQS, demonstrating commitment to industry standards
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil quantity surveying, preferably within infrastructure or construction sectors
• Proven track record in managing large-scale civil engineering projects, indicating strong project management capabilities
