About This Role
This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses.
Responsibilities
- Manage public works projects (road maintenance and repair)
- Manage land development projects (residential land sales, etc.)
- Manage private construction projects
Requirements
- Must have a regular automobile driving license (AT limited not allowed)
- No experience required
- No educational background required
Nice to have:
- Class 1 Civil Engineering Construction Manager: 6,000 yen
- Class 2 Civil Engineering Construction Manager: 5,000 yen
- For those without qualifications who acquire skills on site, a technical allowance (from 5,000 yen) will be provided

- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
