Responsibilities
Perform construction management duties for paving and civil engineering projects
For site staff: Conduct photo taking, surveying, and process management
For construction managers: In addition to the above, handle client interactions, document creation, construction planning, and budget management
Perform all general tasks required to advance construction projects
Requirements
Age limit: Up to 64 years old (due to retirement age of 65)
Necessary PC skills: Excel, Word
2nd Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer license (required)
Qualifications for site management and chief engineer roles (other than those listed in the required licenses/qualifications section)
1st Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer license
2nd Class Construction Machine Operation Engineer license
1st or 2nd Class Pavement Construction Management Engineer license
