Civil Engineer (Quantity Surveyor)

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required. A Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license is preferred.

At least 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or construction is highly desirable, with new licensees also welcome to apply for some roles.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

Familiarity with various construction methods and terminologies (e.g., structural, rebar, and formwork).

Familiarity with bidding process would be an advantage but not a necessity.
