Civil 3D Modeler - Infrastructure, Roads & Landscape

About This Role

This Civil 3D Modeler role is for an experienced professional with a strong background in infrastructure, road, and landscape modeling, joining a BIM team. The position involves developing and maintaining models, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Civil 3D models for roads and infrastructure works
• Develop and update Landscape models in Revit
• Coordinate Civil, Landscape, Architectural, Structural, and MEP models
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and requirements
• Manage assigned scope and deliverables with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Civil 3D modeling
• Strong hands-on experience in Infrastructure and Road modeling using Autodesk Civil 3D
• Good knowledge of alignments, profiles, corridors, assemblies, surfaces, grading, and pipe networks
• Practical experience in Landscape modeling using Revit
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination
• Ability to independently understand project requirements and handle assigned project scope from modeling through submission
• Ability to review drawings, identify discrepancies, and resolve coordination issues
• Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under project deadlines and manage deliverables independently
