- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Citrix-Umgebungen (inkl. Incident-, Request- und Change-Management)
- Paketierung, Testing und Deployment von Software via SCCM und PVS
- Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Erarbeitung von technischen Lösungskonzepten
- Integration, Installation und Freigabe von Standard- und Individualsoftware
- Troubleshooting und Fehlerbehebung komplexer Systemzustände inkl. Performance-Tuning
- Unterstützung von Projekten sowie Beratung von Stakeholdern bei systemtechnischen Fragestellungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Prozessen sowie Backup- und Recovery-Konzepten
Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik (HF/FH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ITIL Foundation (v3 oder v4) von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Infrastruktur, Netzwerken und IT-Security
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und Engineering von Citrix-Umgebungen (Zertifizierungen von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung mit PowerShell und Automatisierungen
- Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (Französisch von Vorteil)
