Core Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Conduct data exploration, cleaning, and preparation for analytical studies. Create reports that translate technical results into business insights. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate hypotheses, understand needs, evaluate model applications, test solutions, and track results. Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of data used in analytical projects.
Requirements Experience with programming languages such as Python or R. Proficiency in classic and modern machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, logistic regression, ensemble, and boosting models (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM, catboost). Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and predictive modeling. Experience with handling and processing large volumes of data (SQL, Spark). Familiarity with credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD).
