Overview:
A well-known regional bank is looking to grow their C&I team and add a Relationship Manager, Team Lead to their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial banker to take on a leadership role, manage and grow a portfolio of established businesses, and help drive new business across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of middle-market and commercial relationships.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building long-term relationships with business owners and executives.
- Structure and negotiate commercial lending transactions while partnering with Credit and internal product teams.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, credit needs, and overall risk to ensure sound lending decisions.
- Serve as a senior resource and mentor to other relationship managers while helping drive the growth and success of the team.
- Provide clients with a full range of banking solutions, including lending, treasury management, and deposit services.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of commercial banking experience with a strong C&I lending background.
- Proven success managing and growing a commercial loan portfolio.
- Strong credit analysis and financial statement analysis skills.
- Experience structuring and underwriting commercial lending transactions.
- Established relationships within the Arkansas commercial banking market preferred.
