Position Summary
The Chiropractor (DC) provides high‑quality, patient‑centered chiropractic care in a fast‑paced wellness environment. This role focuses on delivering consistent adjustments, educating patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care, and supporting clinic operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality chiropractic adjustments using diversified techniques
- Conduct initial exams, re‑exams, and create clear, professional treatment plans
- Educate patients on wellness, maintenance care, and the value of consistent chiropractic visits
- Maintain accurate and compliant SOAP notes
- Collaborate with Wellness Coordinators to ensure strong DC–WC handoff and patient conversion
- Support clinic flow, patient walk‑ups, and overall operational efficiency
- Uphold The Joint Chiropractic’s standards, policies, and patient‑care model
- Participate in ongoing training, huddles, and corporate learning modules
- Promote a positive, professional, and patient‑focused clinic culture
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
- Active state chiropractic license in good standing
- Strong adjusting skills and confidence in diversified technique
- Excellent communication and patient‑education abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, wellness‑based environment
- Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented
