About This Role
This role involves supporting children aged 5 to elementary school age in sports and exercise, with a focus on helping them develop new skills. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical activity, working with children, and is eager to grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
Responsibilities
- Support children with running, jumping, and balance exercises
- Instruct core training
- Encourage and support children during activities
- Prepare and clean up the classroom
- Manage classroom operations and interact with parents

- No prior academic, work, or coaching experience required

Important Details
- Schedule (Monday-Friday): 14:30-20:30
- Schedule (Saturday): 8:30-16:00 (1 hour break)
- Day off: Sunday (5th week of the month is also a company holiday)
- Contract: Permanent
- Team: The company aims to expand to 5 stores within 3 years and 30 stores within 5 years in Kanagawa Prefecture (Fujisawa, Ofuna, Kamakura, Zushi Hayama, etc.).
