Duties

• Provide attentive supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
• Support children in their daily routines, including meal times, naps, playtime, and hygiene practices
• Foster positive interactions among children to encourage teamwork, sharing, and empathy
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that adheres to health and safety standards
• Observe children's behavior for developmental milestones or concerns and report findings appropriately

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting or related environment is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of child development principles and age-specific needs
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
• Ability to remain energetic, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare services
• Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid is highly desirable but can be provided if necessary
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth is essential
